Papeterie Saint-Gilles papermakers is Canada’s original economuseum, founded in Saint-Joseph-de-la-Rive by Félix-Antoine Savard.

This remarkable forge in Rivière-Malbaie still has its original equipment and offers live blacksmithing demonstrations. There is a woodworking shop upstairs.

An international music festival (classical and jazz) on a breathtaking heritage site.

The regional government plays a
cooperation and communication between municipalities and providing a broader perspective on issues of importance for the entire region. It promotes the pooling of services, developing and providing services to individuals and member municipalities at a cost that is both reasonable and competitive.

Loto-Québec offers games of chance and monetary prizes of various types. Its many lottery products are sold through a network of over 8,500 retailers.

CENTRE DE SERVICES SCOLAIRE DE CHARLEVOIX
CSSDC administers Charlevoix’s 14 elementary schools, 3 high schools, and 1 adult education and vocational training centre. Its approximately 630 employees provide instruction and vocational training to over 3,500 students every year.
